Larry was an AOA Member for 25 years, from 1980 to 2005 in both basketball and football. Caponigri was a 2019 inductee into the Girls Catholic Athletic Conference’s (GCAC) Hall of Fame as a basketball official. He officiated the Girls Basketball State Finals in 1998 and 1999 and the Football State Finals in 2005 and 2007.
