Jeff Conrad is a four-time IHSA football state championship game official, working the title tilts in 2006 (8A), 2009 (7A), 2012 (6A), and 2017 (8A). Conrad served as Vice-President of the Football Division, and as an assigner. Jeff revitalized the division meetings with small group video discussion led by trained facilitators. In partnership with the IHSA, Conrad created Football Focus, the Weekly Football Quizzes, and the Playoff Primer. Jeff is the chief contributor of video content to the Officials Education Association You Tube page, which allows access of hundreds of instructional video clips.
