Bill was President of the AOA Baseball Division from 2016-2018. Mushrush was a state final baseball umpire for the 1993 Class A, 1994 Class AA, and 2003 Class A tournaments. Bill was named the 2019 Baseball Umpire of the Year by the Illinois High School Association.
