Ted served the AOA as its Chairman of the Board with the second longest tenure, from 2010 to 2021. Under his guidance the organization enjoyed some of its greatest successes. Lepucki was the AOA Football Division President from 2009-2011. Ted is a three-time state final official in football, working the championship game in 2010 (7A), 2013 (5A) and 2021 (6A)
